The contest "Road ABC" was organized by Moscow road police and Moscow Education department to improve the effect of work of child injuries prevention on road by implementation of new pedagogical and psychological research on formation of stable knowledge and skills of safe behavior on the road. The contest participants were groups from Moscow preschool educational institutions.
Best teams from each district of the capital were invited to participate in final. Each of ten teams prepared festive musical performance dedicated to traffic rules. Honorary 1st, 2nd and 3rd places were given to kindergartens from Zelenograd, South and Central District respectively. From the organizers of the competition All finalists were awarded by the organizers with certificates and gift sets provided by the publishing group ROMART and such well-known companies as "Unipharm", "Droga Kolinska", "Efferalgan", "Mann and Schroeder”, «Zepter International», “Nivea", "AKVION", "Maspex Vostok", "Avanta", "Decoretto", "Milas", "Amusement Park Happylon”, “English First”, and “28 Bakery”. It is good to note that jury members, who dedicated huge amount of time and energy to competition in 2009 were as well pleasantly surprised by the gifts from sponsors.
